Before starting a project, it is crucial to find the right components for your application. With my expertise as a commissioning engineer, I can advise you which sensors/actuators are suitable for your application in the process.

Hardware design

The essential part of the development process begins with the hardware design. Here, EPLAN is used to design the circuit diagrams. The documentation includes a distribution board layout plan, a parts list, as well as a terminal and connector diagram.

Switch cabinet construction

Distributor construction refers to the construction and assembly of electrical distribution systems. Therefor I offer individual solutions with assembly and cabling, which ensure safe and reliable power distribution in buildings, plants and industrial applications.

Software design

In software design, solutions are developed that enable the control and automation of industrial plants. My focus is on a transparent and modular program structure to ensure versatile and manageable processes. Thanks to my >10 years of experience in software development, my know-how also includes motion control, drive parameterization, fieldbuses with decentralized peripherals, interfaces, visualization and safety control.

Commissioning

During commissioning, the prepared software is tested on the plant and adapted to the real conditions. Through my worldwide assignments with a wide variety of plants, I have been able to gain experience for successful commissioning.

Life Cycle Support

Downtimes of an interlinked system can lead to high costs in the event of a fault, especially if faults are not localized promptly. Here, I support the maintenance technicians with remote maintenance access to the system in troubleshooting.

Plant optimization

Plant optimization refers to the systematic improvement of production plants to maximize efficiency, quality, throughput and profitability. Here, I offer plant performance optimization through the analysis and evaluation of existing plants. This includes the identification of bottlenecks and weak points, process improvements and integration of new technologies. Through a targeted plant optimization, companies can increase their production capacity, reduce costs and gain competitive advantages.

In this area, I stand for managing buildings in an intelligent environment. From heating, cooling and ventilation systems, lighting and shading systems to surveillance and access systems. I integrate all these elements into a seamless system that is managed centrally via a user-friendly interface.

My goal is to design buildings in an energy-optimized way. Intelligent controls allow resources to be used efficiently to increase comfort while reducing operating costs.
